Announcing the Release date for sale of Block Two Apartments of the Waterside Development. 17th March 2015

There are 4no 2 Bedroom Apartments and 2no 3 Bedroom apartments in the Middle Block of the Waterside Development.

Interested parties should contact Steve Bancroft at Sam Allen Estates on 01670 513966 beforehand to discuss proof of funding as reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis.

On Friday 27th March 10:00am we will be releasing Block Two apartments for sale and taking reservations.  Forecast for completion of the apartments will be December 2015/ January 2016.

On 28th March there will be an opportunity to make an appointment to meet with Tony Pull of Coble developments to visit the site, view Block One apartments and have the opportunity to discuss their specifications and finish

A reservation fee of £1000 is required to secure an apartment together with the provision of solicitor’s details. It is then expected that contracts are to be exchanged within 4 to 6 weeks with a minimum of 10% deposit to be paid. The balance due for the apartments is to be paid on completion.

 

A quick update on the progression of the development........

 

 

No longer a silver box!  As you can see the cladding of the Block One apartments is almost complete with scaffolding being removed 27th/28th March.

Apartments are now being plasterboarded inside, in readiness for plastering and then the 2nd fix trades will begin early April. Handover of the first apartments will be May.
